REASON WHY COMMUNITY™ offers hybrid fitness and wellbeing sessions, including: Group fitness classes Structured programmes Mindset and wellbeing sessions Community-based activities All services are designed for general fitness and wellbeing purposes only.
By participating in any REASON WHY COMMUNITY™ session or programme, you confirm that: You are physically and mentally fit to take part You have consulted a medical professional if required You understand that participation is at your own risk REASON WHY COMMUNITY™ is not a medical provider and does not offer medical or therapeutic advice. Any wellbeing or mindset content is for general guidance only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.
You agree to: Take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing Exercise within your own limits Inform us of any injuries, conditions, or concerns prior to participation We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it may pose a risk to you or others.
All bookings must be made in advance Payments must be completed prior to attending sessions Prices are subject to change but will not affect confirmed bookings
Cancellations made within [24/48 hours] of a session may not be eligible for a refund Missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable Programme bookings are non-refundable once started We may, at our discretion, offer transfers or credits in exceptional circumstances.
To maintain a safe and supportive environment, all participants are expected to: Treat others with respect Contribute positively to the community Follow any instructions provided during sessions We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, without refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REASON WHY COMMUNITY™ is not liable for: Any injuries sustained during participation Loss or damage to personal belongings Any indirect or consequential loss Participation is entirely at your own risk.
All content, branding, materials, and programmes provided by REASON WHY COMMUNITY™ remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.
